After spending most of my life in Cincinnati, Ohio, an exciting new job opportunity for my wife thrust me into the New York City area.
I started my career in public radio, archiving station material, working as a weekend board op, and editing programing for broadcast. I left that position for an opportunity to work in the video field…. shooting and editing videos for corporate clients, maintaining a television studio and its technical systems, and managing a staff of student workers. Moving further down this path led me to manage several projects authoring DVDs and working as crew on several larger productions.
Though all that, I’ve maintained my audio skills, recording and mixing several albums, recording and editing voice overs, and restoring poorly recorded audio for clients.
In summary, I’ve pretty much done it all when it comes to audio, video, and new media production. I’m always on the lookout for new projects and can work locally and globally, either alone or as part of a team.
